"I had a terrific experience with using Black Dog. I was really pleased with the sod they layed in my backyard. They cut into my existing lawn for a seamless transition between the new and old turf. Warner did a great job of keeping me updated the day before and the morning of the job. I didn’t have to worry if he was going to show up or not. He is a very clear communicator. I had questions about some sod that they placed that seemed a little brown. Warner addressed my concerns, gave me some tips to help it grow and followed up (by showing up at the site) weeks after the job to make sure the sod was looking healthy and green. They put in a French drain and sodded one of my daughter’s back yard, repaired a downspout drain that needed the entire line that carried the water away from the house dug up and replaced and solved another issue with a copper downspout that needed to connect with an underground drain sat my house. They are courteous, timely and above all neat!!! Each area they touched was left in better condition than they found it and then they waited and came back numerous times to make sure everything worked properly before collecting payment. Am having them install French drains and sod a lower section of my property later this summer that is extremely difficult to get to and everything will have to be done by hand. I am completely confident that we will do an excellent job!!"
